Library News: May 31, 2024

Dear Reader:

On May 22nd, Russell Library Camera Club Information Evening was wonderfully well attended.  Photographers will meet again at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, July 12th at 6:30 PM in The Library Gallery.  The Camera Club plans to meet monthly and welcomes newcomers. The focus for the next meeting will be photo composition. Please submit your photo to ruslib@mymts.net.  Digital photos to be projected on the big screen in the gallery.  Attendees will discuss each photo’s attributes and offer constructive criticism.

The Prairie Arts cARTel has a new artist on display in The Library Gallery.  Erna Honeyman’s work is weatherproof and advertised as Art for Your Garden.  An unexpectedly quirky exhibition you don’t want to miss.  Make time to visit and, please, remember to sign the cARTel’s guest book.
