The Russell & District Library is pleased to welcome Christine Podollan, Library Manager, to the team. Christine loves people, books, the Arts. Libraries and gardens are two of her favorite places on earth. In the fullness of time, Christine is looking forward to meeting everyone in the community and surrounding areas. Please, come in to the library in Russell and/or Binscarth and say hello again. The Library is your Library, a cornerstone of your respective communities. The Russell Library and the Binscarth Library have received their large print rotations provided by Manitoba Public Library Services (PLS). We receive 3 of these rotations per year and each consists of approximately 100 items. Both the Russell branch and the Binscarth branch have a designated shelf for these rotations.

Did you know that eLibraries Manitoba has a large collection of Multilingual books? Ukrainian, French, Spanish and Cree are just a few of the multilingual languages available. Through eLibraries you can access both eBooks and eAudio books in other languages. To access eLibraries, download the Libby app from your favorite app store, sign in using Russell & District Regional Library as your home Library and use your patron code and password provided through the library.
