NOTICE OF LIBRARY MEMBERSHIPS: In the spirit of gratitude, Russell & District Regional Library is poised to launch its new and improved Library Card system. All Patrons will be asked to fill out a new Membership Application Form. Everyone will be receiving a copy of this form in the mail. If you do not receive a copy in your mailbox within the next week, please stop by the library to fill one out, also it will be uploaded to the library’s website for your convenience. On Tuesday, May 21, 2024, all Patron accounts will be temporarily blocked and then unblocked once the Membership Application Form has been submitted. In order to avoid account interruption entirely, please stop in to either the Russell or Binscarth Library at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
